NuCoal Resources Ltd owns Doyles Creek Mining Pty Ltd and Dellworth Pty Ltd. Doyles Creek Mining has an exploration licence over an area of land at Jerrys Plains in the NSW Hunter Valley. Dellworth has two other exploration licences strategically located in close proximity to Jerrys Plains.

Doyles Creek Mining is establishing an innovative Underground Mine Training School supported by a commercially viable underground mining operation. The Training School is the first of its kind and will combine the delivery of a return on investment with a commitment to address the critical skills shortage facing the mining industry.

Through its ownership of Doyles Creek Mining Pty Ltd and Dellworth Pty Ltd NuCoal is responsible for realising the coal assets contained within three strategically located exploration licences in the Hunter Valley.
